By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from WITTCO (whether through our website, a written form, or verbally), you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from WITTCO at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from WITTCO.

4.7 Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most other national and regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4.8 SMS Data Privacy

We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number or any information collected through our SMS program with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive and to administer the SMS program. We may share your phone number with our messaging service provider (e.g., Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf.

4.9 Mobile Terms of Service

By opting in to our SMS program, you also agree to our Mobile Terms of Service, which govern your use of the text messaging program.
