Yes. A lot of our clients have someone in-house who handles the day-to-day. We back them up with monitoring, security tools, after-hours coverage and a second set of hands for projects, so they aren’t carrying everything alone.
Most support requests are picked up in under 15 minutes during business hours, and most problems are fixed remotely the same day. If it needs hands on the hardware, we come out.
No. We don’t lock you into long-term contracts. There is a one-time onboarding and network cleanup fee when we start, and after that you stay because it’s working.
